Connected Through Care

Community involvement bridges the gap between isolation and inclusion. By connecting participants with local groups, events, and resources, we create opportunities for social interaction, skill-building, and a sense of belonging. Everyone deserves to feel part of something bigger

Empowering Local Participation

Involving people with disabilities in community life—whether through volunteering, employment, or recreation—enhances their independence and confidence. We support participants in actively contributing to their communities, showing that disability doesn’t limit value or potential.

Stronger Together

When communities understand, support, and include people of all abilities, everyone benefits. We foster relationships between participants, families, service providers, and local networks to build a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and shared growth.

Attentive

Being attentive means actively listening and observing the needs—spoken or unspoken—of participants. It ensures small changes are noticed early, concerns are addressed quickly, and care is tailored in real time. Attentive support creates a safer, more responsive environment.

Empowering

Empowering care focuses on building confidence and independence in the lives of people with disabilities. It’s about encouraging choice, supporting goals, and promoting self-advocacy—so individuals can lead meaningful lives on their own terms.

Collaborative

Disability support works best when it’s a team effort. A collaborative approach includes families, allied health professionals, and the participant themselves—ensuring that care plans are holistic, well-informed, and aligned with the individual’s goals and values.

The Latest News & Updates

The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) 2025–26 were officially released in June, with changes taking effect from 1 July 2025. These updates include a 3.95% increase in price limits to align with the new minimum wage and superannuation rates, and the early childhood support age limit has been raised from 7 to 9 years old. Starting May 2025, new and reassessed plans will feature three‑month segmented funding periods to improve budget management and reduce overspending. Additionally, certain providers will now require registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, ensuring better transparency and accountability. Lastly, NDIS continues co‑design consultations—focused on navigation, assessment, and safeguarding—to ensure changes meet participant needs and lived experience.
